Refund policy

Refunds

Refunds and store credit for bookings 24 hours in advance will be accommodated. Bookings canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice are eligible for store credit. No refunds are allowed for bookings canceled or rescheduled with less than a 3 hour notice.

We refund any player not satisfied with their experience up to 100% back within 7 days of their booking.

 

Returns

Items may be returned up to two weeks after purchase for their original value. If a replacement copy is preferred that may be accommodated.
